We would be happy to discuss our approach to conflict management, and to assist you in finding the best approach to improving your outcomes.
MEDIATION
Most mediation services are done by the hour, with a two hour minimum. If you are interested in the most affordable approach to mediation we can conduct the mediation via ZOOM. If you would prefer an in person mediation, we can provide that for an additional fee.
GROUP FACILITATION
Group Facilitation is highly variable in its complexity depending on your teams size, structure, and history. Please call for a free initial consultation to discuss the processes and methods that would best serve your organization and team. Developing an understanding of your team's challenges will lead to a better assessment of the types of conflict and the conflict dynamics of your team. We would conduct a conflict analysis and work jointly with your team to establish more productive interactions with the goal of improving your team's ability to operate collaboratively.
CONSULTATION
CONSULTATION Consulting can be done as either a single meeting to help establish better conflict modalities, or as a series of interactions to explore your situation and potentials for better outcomes more thoroughly.
CONFLICT COACHING
As your Conflict Coach we can establish an ongoing effort to explore and adjust your conflict strategies and behaviors. This approach can be quite valuable as you create and share your vision for leading your team or just interacting with an individual. By establishing this ongoing dialogue, together we can explore and develop methodologies to improve outcomes.
Public Speaking
We are happy to share our experience and guidance to larger audiences or to your leadership team. We can share insights and experience in organizational leadership and decision making that past clients have found quite helpful. This can be accomplished in person or via Zoom.
